Freezer Box Hospitals need freezer space to maintain the quality of foodstuffs. Large walk-in freezers may have values in excess of $10,000 each. Breakdowns are usually a result of either electrical breakdown of motors, or mechanical parts breaking in the compressor. Breakdown of refrigeration equipment may result in an Extra Expense and/or Perishable Goods loss.
