Non-Destructive Testing
The most specialized, comprehensive and cost effective NDT testing services available: IRIS 9000 tube inspection, Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection, Hartford Wedge, Floor Scanner MFE 2412 for tank floors, Metallurgy, Hardness testing, Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant.
Quality Assurance
BI&I offers several services to assure that your vessels have been constructed to various codes, including those set by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Jurisdictional Inspection
Boilers and pressure vessels must meet government safety standards, and BI&I offers the inspection services and certification required for continued operation.
