Our Project All Risk (PAR) construction coverage includes mechanical and electrical breakdown. We offer protection from groundbreaking through commissioning and hot testing. Our PAR coverage is all risk, and includes earthquake, flood, transit, storage, and machinery breakdown.
We can also provide Delay In Start-up Coverage (DISC) to cover advanced loss of profits, continuing expenses, debt services, and other costs, as may be required.
Through all phases of construction, we provide on-site technical support. Our coverage comes with technical, engineering and inspection services geared to the project's specific risks. Our engineers will review plans and make on-site inspections to help you control risks during construction and start-up, and ensure a well protected completed facility.
