Position: Claims Adjuster Status: Full-time, Permanent Location: Montreal Date Required: ASAP Job Reference: 2008-05CAWS

Primary Objectives: To resolve equipment breakdown claims in a professional, timely and helpful manner.

Job Responsibilities: Work as both a telephone adjuster and staff adjuster using inspector's investigation reports Negotiate losses with clients while providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications: Good understanding of equipment breakdown and property insurance policies Post secondary education 3 - 5 years related work experience in commercial insurance CIP completed or in progress AMF certificate Strong negotiation and customer service skills Good written and strong oral communication (perfectly bilingual) Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel)
